- Revise until it is right. Reply with changes as often as you like — a tighter crop, brighter colors, a different size.
- Approve, then we print. The chart you approve goes to production unchanged: 2–4 business days to make, then shipped with tracking.

- Sharp, well-lit photos with the subject filling the frame make the best kits. Screenshots and heavily compressed images lose detail.
- Faces and pets need room: choose 40×50 cm or larger. Landscapes and objects work from 30×30 cm.
- Up to 40 DMC colors per kit; your designer picks the palette that keeps skin tones and detail.
- If a photo will not make a good kit at the size you chose, your designer tells you before anything is printed — you can switch size or get a full refund.

- Will I see the chart before it is printed? Yes — every proof you receive is the real drill chart, and nothing is printed until you approve one.
- How many revisions? As many as you need. We do not print until you say so.
- Is it a gift? Order to your own address if you want to check the kit first; proofs always go to the email on the order.
- Frame? Not included; the canvas fits standard frames for its size.
- Small parts — not suitable for young children. Canvas size may vary by up to 1 cm.
