Frequently Asked Questions

Diamond Painting Product

Diamond painting is a relaxing craft hobby where you create sparkly mosaic artwork by sticking tiny resin “diamonds” (also called drills) onto a coded adhesive canvas. No paint or artistic skill is required, making it easy for anyone to enjoy. Each symbol on the canvas matches a color, and when completed, the result is a vibrant, shimmering piece of art. It’s a creative, stress-free way to unwind while making something beautiful.

Yes, it’s very beginner-friendly. You simply pick up diamonds with a special pen tool and place them on the matching symbols on the canvas. It’s easy and relaxing—just three simple steps:

  1. Dip – Dip the tip of your pen into the wax.
  2. Pick up – Pick up each diamond from your tray.
  3. Place – Place the diamond on the canvas’s matching symbol.
Every kit includes step-by-step instructions, and most beginners feel comfortable after a few minutes. The process is simple, satisfying, and suitable for all ages.

A typical kit includes everything you need to start: a poured-glue canvas, pre-sorted diamonds (with extras), and a complete toolkit (pen, tray, wax, tweezers, and resealable bags), plus a quick-start guide. No extra tools or materials are required. Each kit arrives ready to open and start crafting right away. (Note: Frames are usually not included; see below.)

Diamond shape comes down to preference, and both create stunning results. Kits with round drills are often recommended for beginners—they’re easier and faster to pick up and place, and small gaps between pieces allow the background to peek through. Square drills fit edge-to-edge with no gaps, producing a seamless, mosaic look and a satisfying “snap” as they click into place.

Round diamonds offer sparkle with a softer finish, while square diamonds give a crisp, uniform shine that many advanced crafters love.

No, frames are not included. Each kit provides the canvas and all crafting materials, but framing or mounting is optional. Most canvas sizes fit into standard store-bought frames, or you can have them professionally stretched. Framing your artwork adds a polished touch and keeps your finished piece protected for display or gifting.

Don’t worry. Every kit includes extra diamonds in each color to cover minor loss or mistakes. If you find that any materials are missing, simply contact our support team, and we’ll send replacements promptly.

Dropshipping & Fulfillment

With Pixelmade, the process is seamless: you sell, we fulfill. When a customer places an order for a diamond painting kit in your store, the order syncs to Pixelmade automatically (or you can submit it manually). We then pick, pack, and ship the product directly to your customer in unbranded packaging. You set your retail price, pay our wholesale cost plus shipping, and keep the profit. This model lets you expand your catalog without holding inventory or managing logistics.

No, there’s no MOQ. You can order one kit at a time or hundreds as you make sales. This flexibility lets you test new products and designs without any upfront commitment. It’s ideal for small stores just starting out and for established sellers looking to expand risk-free.

No, there are no setup or subscription fees. You only pay when an order is placed. Pixelmade earns revenue from the product’s wholesale cost and shipping fee, not from monthly memberships. This structure keeps your startup costs low and makes it easy to scale at your own pace.

We want to keep your customers happy. If a customer receives a damaged or defective kit, we’ll replace or credit it at no cost through you. For buyer’s remorse or non-defective returns, we generally don’t accept opened kits, as they can’t be resold. We recommend posting a clear return policy on your store to set expectations. Our support team is always available to help you resolve any order issues quickly and fairly.

We currently integrate directly with Shopify for automated product sync and order fulfillment. For other platforms, you can process orders manually through your Pixelmade account. Our goal is to make fulfillment simple, accurate, and low-maintenance for every seller.
