- Pick up – Pick up each diamond from your tray.
- Place – Place the diamond on the canvas’s matching symbol.
Every kit includes step-by-step instructions, and most beginners feel comfortable after a few minutes. The process is simple, satisfying, and suitable for all ages.
A typical kit includes everything you need to start: a poured-glue canvas, pre-sorted diamonds (with extras), and a complete toolkit (pen, tray, wax, tweezers, and resealable bags), plus a quick-start guide. Don’t worry. Every kit includes extra diamonds in each color to cover minor loss or mistakes. If you find that any materials are missing, simply contact our support team, and we’ll send replacements promptly.

Not yet. Our standard packaging is plain and professional, with a neutral instruction sheet. We know branding is important and are exploring ways to support custom inserts or labels for higher-volume sellers in the future.

We want to keep your customers happy. If a customer receives a damaged or defective kit, we’ll replace or credit it at no cost through you. For buyer’s remorse or non-defective returns, we generally don’t accept opened kits, as they can’t be resold. We recommend posting a clear return policy on your store to set expectations.
