No. Pixelmade fulfills on demand—list first, pay per order. You never pre-buy stock or manage warehouse space.
No. We ship unbranded (“blind”) by default, so it appears to come from your store. Your customer relationship stays with you.
On publish, we push products and variants (shape, size, pricing, media). When an order is placed, it routes to Pixelmade; after shipment, fulfillment status and tracking sync back to Shopify.
The app flow is simple: install → authorize → connect. Most stores can publish their first products in minutes.
Production is typically 2–3 business days. Delivery is usually 7–12 business days worldwide (destination and season may affect timing). Tracking is provided for every order.
A soft-touch poured-glue canvas, pre-sorted resin drills (extras included), and a reusable tool kit (wax, pen with grip, tray, tweezers, multi-placers), plus a quick-start guide. Frames are not included.
Because every order is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or changed mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace or credit it at no cost—just contact support within your policy window with photos and the order number.
