Production and delivery
2–4 days of production, then 12–16 days Air Economy to the US, or Ocean Express from 50 kits. Tracking sent as it ships.
Every kit is complete and unbranded
- Canvas: poured-glue, soft-touch canvas that lies flat, printed from your approved chart with high-contrast symbols.
- Drills: acrylic round or 16-facet resin square, pre-sorted by DMC color with extras included.
- Tools: pen with grip, wax, tray, tweezers, multi-placers, resealable bags and a quick-start guide.
- Packaging: rolled in a sturdy tube, unbranded, minimal and recyclable materials.
- Sizes: 20×25, 30×30, 30×40, 40×40, 40×50, 50×50 and 50×60 cm; the grid is computed from the real drill pitch, so the drill count on screen is the drill count in the box.

- Production: 2–4 days after artwork approval and payment. Measured on 2026 orders: 3.6 days on average from order to ship.
- Air Economy to the US: 12–16 days (measured average 14.6 days in transit). Available at any quantity.
- Ocean Express: from 50 kits. Lower per-kit shipping than Air Economy at 50–99 kits; from 100 kits the two cost the same per kit, so the choice is transit time, confirmed in your quote.
Production and transit are counted after artwork approval and payment. Transit is a carrier estimate.

Bulk tiers start at 20 kits (8% volume discount), then 50 (13%), 100 (18%) and 300 (25%). Under 20 kits you can design and order from one kit in the app at the list price.
How much does a custom diamond painting kit cost in bulk?
For US delivery, 100 round-drill 30×40 cm kits are $7.38 per kit plus $3.00 Air Economy shipping per kit, $10.38 in total per kit. The table above shows every size, drill and tier.
Can I use my own artwork, logo or photos?
Yes. Send a link to the files; we convert them into a kit-ready drill chart with real DMC colors and drill counts, and you approve the actual chart and mockups before production. A logo on a plain background, a photo, or a finished illustration all work; busy photos convert better after our diamond-art-native redraw, which we show you first.
Can I mix sizes or designs in one order?
Yes. The quote confirms the size and design split; the tier is set by the total quantity.
How long does a bulk order take?
Quote within one business day; chart and mockups usually 1–2 business days per design; production 2–4 days after artwork approval and payment; then 12–16 days Air Economy to the US, or Ocean Express from 50 kits.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Order a single kit of your design from the app or a stock design from the store; it ships in 2–4 days at the list price. Many bulk projects start with one kit.
Do the prices include shipping and duties?
The shipping shown is per kit for US delivery and already includes handling; there are no separate surcharges for US orders. Other countries are quoted individually.
Do you dropship for sellers?
Yes. Connect your Shopify store or submit orders manually; Pixelmade makes and ships each order unbranded and syncs status and tracking. Bulk runs and dropship use the same kit and the same pipeline.

What if a kit arrives damaged or wrong?
