It depends on how close the faces are. For one or two people, 40×50 cm works well. For a group, choose 50×60 cm and a photo where faces are large. Your designer tells you in the proof if a face is too small to stay recognisable.
Your designer charts faces at their true shape from your photo, with no cartoon eyes or filters. You see the real chart before anything is printed and can ask for changes as many times as you need.
Add them in the notes, for example a wedding date. Short text fits best. You will see it in your proof before we print.

Yes. Order to your own address if you want to check the kit first, or to theirs. Proofs always go to the email on the order, so the surprise stays safe.
We'll tell you and suggest a larger size or a different photo. If it still won't work, you get a full refund.
Production takes 2–4 business days after you approve, then about 12–16 days tracked to the US. US shipping is free on custom kits. For Christmas, order custom kits by November 24.
