About this design & full specifications

A log cabin rests at the edge of a golden meadow, with autumn trees rising beside it and cooler mountain slopes farther back. Cades Cove Autumn brings the close timber structure and open field into one tall composition. Warm leaves and grass surround the cabin, while the more distant wooded hills give the small building room to stand apart.

A cabin beside the autumn meadow

The roof forms a dark, compact shape above the log walls. Lighter marks along the timber faces, the doorway and the chimney give the building its own structure within the foliage. The meadow opens beyond the cabin rather than filling every gap with trees. Its pale grasses contrast with the cooler slope behind, creating a clear route from the close building toward the mountain background.

The cabin form was informed by the National Park Service’s Carter Shields Cabin reference. This original picture arranges a cabin, autumn canopy and meadow for the composition. It is not a photographic match of that historic building, a reconstruction of a surveyed viewpoint or a promise about current foliage. Pixelmade has no official park affiliation.

Your 40 × 50 cm portrait edition

The decorated picture measures 40 × 50 cm, approximately 15.7 × 19.7 in. Its 161 × 201 square-diamond pattern has 32,361 positions, full-drill coverage and 40 DMC colors. The portrait shape gives the cabin, nearby trees and mountain background space from bottom to top. Extra canvas margins sit outside that picture area. A frame is excluded; measure the completed canvas before buying framing supplies.

Make the building, then the surrounding color

If you enjoy a small architectural subject within a landscape, the cabin offers distinct edges to follow. You can begin with the roof and doorway, then work through the surrounding leaf groups and meadow marks in smaller sections. The warm field and autumn canopy have a different visual rhythm from the cooler mountain planes. Use the printed symbols to keep those areas separate as the picture fills in.

This selected pattern comes printed on canvas with sorted square diamonds, instructions and tools, using the Pixelmade Square kit materials. The shared contents image shows a generic Square kit. The making photograph is a technique example on a different design.

See the complete portrait and local cabin detail

Four design-specific views show the full digital picture, a framing illustration, enlarged local square-drill detail and proportional size guide. The detail includes the cabin roof, chimney, door, window and log faces. This edition has no room illustrations. Its tall composition remains intact in the preview and frame view. Frames are not included, and the digital views are not finished sample photographs; completed colors and sparkle can vary.

Cades Cove Autumn offers a close rural subject alongside the wider ridge and waterfall pictures.
