About this design & full specifications

Bring a summer lakeshore memory into your next craft project. Sunlit granite rises above a dark band of pines, while short highlights cross the blue lake and turquoise shallows reveal broad stone shapes. This original Jenny Lake design joins our Grand Teton national park diamond painting assortment in a generous 50 × 50 cm square edition. A printed canvas, sorted square diamonds and tools are included, ready for you to build the scene one section at a time.

A clear-water view toward Cascade Canyon

The Jenny Lake Overlook faces across the lake toward the mouth of Cascade Canyon. The Cathedral Group rises to the left and Mount St. John stands to the right. Glaciers shaped the canyon and lake basin; the combination of water, forest and rugged rock makes this a distinctive Grand Teton destination.

Our independent illustration interprets that relationship through an open canyon corridor between unequal mountain flanks. Warm light defines the rock faces, cool shadows give the ridges depth, and an evergreen shore separates the mountains from the water. It is original stylized wall art, rather than a photograph, surveyed viewpoint or reproduction of a historic park poster.

The foreground invites a closer look. Rounded shoreline rocks lead into clear shallow water, and light turquoise marks wrap around the submerged stones. Farther out, rich blue ripples carry small pale glints. The scene keeps the lake open instead of filling it with a perfect mirror reflection. Summer greens and quiet clouds complete the atmosphere.

One dedicated large composition

The 50 × 50 cm picture gives the mountains lateral room while keeping the shallow-water stones readable. The gallery shows the dedicated pattern and composition for this size.

Square diamonds sit close together to form a continuous full-drill mosaic. The 201 × 201 pattern contains 40,401 positions and 40 DMC colors, moving from pale rock and cloud shades through woodland greens to deep water blues. Expect a substantial project; the time you spend depends on your pace and experience. Start with a manageable section and let the shore, lake and mountains gradually emerge.

Materials and making

Your kit contains this design printed on canvas, sorted diamonds, an instruction sheet, applicator, tweezers, craft tray, wax and multiplacers. Find each canvas symbol in the color key, place the matching diamonds and keep unused adhesive covered between sessions. A flat workspace and a small uncovered section make it easier to enjoy the process.

The kit-contents photograph shows generic Square materials; your printed canvas carries Jenny Lake. The hands-on image demonstrates the same technique on a different design. Neither photograph represents a finished physical sample of this particular picture.

Explore the gallery before choosing

The cover and framed view are digital square-diamond simulations from the selected pattern. A local close-up shows part of the lake highlights. Two room illustrations show an approximately 50 × 50 cm picture; their scale is illustrative. Finished colors and sparkle can vary. Frames, furniture and styling props are excluded.

The blue water and warm stone colors suit pale walls, natural wood and simple textiles. The Grand Teton collection offers different companions: Oxbow Bend brings an autumn river reflection, and Moose Wetland concentrates on a wildlife portrait. Choose a single travel memory or build a varied destination wall.

A destination keepsake for homes and shops

Grand Teton Association’s Jenny Lake store offers memorabilia after visitors return from their adventures. This craft kit explores that travel-keepsake idea through an original lake scene that the buyer completes themselves; we do not claim a retail partnership or official park endorsement.
